We needed a 120 inch screen for our outdoor gazebo on movie nights. This fit the need perfectly. It was easy to install and on movie nights, its the 6 year olds job to lower the screen. He likes helping.

I initially bought the wrong size, so I’d definitely recommend measuring your space and the projection area before purchasing to make sure you get the right fit. That said, if you need a 100-inch screen, this one does the job perfectly. The image looks clear, it pulls down smoothly, and it feels sturdy once mounted. Great value and works exactly as expected.

Very good quality screen overall. I reached out to their customer service as mine arrived with a small manufacturing defect where a corner of the screens black border was scuffed or torn (approxmiately 1/4" x 1/2" per attached pictures). This damage was purely cosmetic. Their customer service offered to replace the item or I could keep it for a full refund. I chose to keep it. Very responsive and professional customer support. I was extremely happy with the nice gesture of simply refunding my money and allowing me to keep the screen for free!

My experience with ZENY was extremely disappointing. ZENY sold me a defective projection screen right out of the box, and the return process was unnecessarily difficult. Instead of resolving the issue directly, the seller repeatedly pushed partial refund offers that did not match the situation. I was also asked multiple times for additional photos, even after the defect was already clearly shown, which made the process feel like delay tactics rather than a real effort to resolve the problem. Communication throughout was slow, unhelpful, and often dismissive. What should have been a simple return turned into a drawn-out back-and-forth with no straightforward resolution from the seller. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and handled the situation properly. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from ZENY. If something goes wrong, do not expect a smooth or fair resolution. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
