Review: If you have the head strap the you need this charger - I got the head strap for the quest and it is not only functional but IMO the best head strap for the meta quest. But enough about that since this is a review for the charger. The charger allows you to place 3 batteries, and it charges one battery at a time, but that doesn’t really bother me much. One slot is a quick charge and the other 2 are a bit slower. My guess is that you want to slow charge most of the time for battery longevity. The magnet is really strong and works really well in making sure the battery doesn’t fall off and remains in place. Super easy to use, you just drop the battery pack on the charger when you need it Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend for anyone using this system.

I got the head strap for the quest and it is not only functional but IMO the best head strap for the meta quest. But enough about that since this is a review for the charger. The charger allows you to place 3 batteries, and it charges one battery at a time, but that doesn’t really bother me much. One slot is a quick charge and the other 2 are a bit slower. My guess is that you want to slow charge most of the time for battery longevity. The magnet is really strong and works really well in making sure the battery doesn’t fall off and remains in place. So far, absolutely 💯 amazing. Looks great. Seems to be fast with lots of digital read outs to tell you the progress of your battery and the charge. Using 2 currently for 6 batteries for 3 headsets. Sticky thing for the bottom works great. Isn't permanent but amost feels sticky enough to be permanent. Doesn't leave sticky residue. Yet anyways. Still able to move easily. Not sure if extreme temps would affect the sticky part.
