I love what competition does to quality and price :)
I have the big and HEAVY 21" Cintiq for 10 years now and finally Wacom made something that is all in one, much better and WORTH IT.

Laggy drawing and never-ending trouble.
I have been battling with this thing for nearly 8 months now. It has not worked correctly since I first bought it. I needed a mobile solution for working while travelling and it has been useless in this respect.I work as a storyboarder and draw a hell of a lot using programs like photoshop and Storyboard Pro. But the problems I have had with laggy inputs and laggy drawing. For instance trying to draw quickly while every fourth or fifth line doesn’t register. At around £2500 I am amazed at how broken this has been.I have sent it out to Wacom for repair once already at a cost of £48 and been sent a replacement which was a little better but I am still getting input lag from my pen stylus, again, making drawing a huge pain in the neck!I can honestly say I have never regretted a purchase more in my life. If you buy this make sure to test it out thoroughly before the 30 days return time is up!Dont make the same mistake I did 😫

Pricey, but this is a luxury item.
It's not particularly helpful that there aren't many reviews on this item. I assume this is due to its high price. Unless like me where you have more money than sense, I assume a sensible person would be hesitant to go for this item.If I recall correctly on buying this item there were 3 reviews on this item. 2 of which were 1 star and related to an item going missing in transit, and the other having a fault on start up and Wacom having terrible customer service.I opted to ignore these two reviews as neither strictly related to the product and instead chose to watch some reviews on YouTube. The item I purchased was the wacom mobile studio Pro 16, i7, sad 512gb.This item is incredibly over priced. However, I would describe this as a luxury item.In effort to minimise my chances of suffering of theft as with one of the reviewers I opted to use one of the click and collect locations.Whilst it was covered in tape saying handle with care, it was a little concerning that only one side inside the oversized box was filled with bubble wrap. The box the tablet came in was lovely, and it's sleek minimalist design screamed luxury. The presentation inside was just as sleek and first impression made me giddy at the quality of the item. Two initial critisms... 1. Despite its price wacom didn't include a kick stand to prop it up. 2. The set up time of this is ridiculous.Granted then first issue is only minor, and I have since found an adequate stand on prime, but it just feels like common sense and can only assume that it was some genius' at wacom idea to squeeze more money out of the consumer. In regards to the second issue, this tablet pc runs on Windows 10 pro and set up in total took about 4 or 5 hours. And then I had the added time of installing Windows updates and further driver updates from wacom.Once this was out of the way however I was ready to stretch my art/nerdy muscles and take this tablet for a spin.On initial boot up the quality of the screen is immediately noticeable. The 4k display is beautiful, to the point that the stock images windows utilise for the lock screen are jaw dropping.Finger print unlock feature is a nice touch.Screen is very responsive. And the Pro pen 2 boasts over 8 thousand levels of pressure sensitivity. Whilst pressure sensitivity is a very overrated feature to determine the quality of a graphics tablet (it's the drivers that really matter), the tablet does respond well to varying levels of pressure and does seem to work well with programmes I'm sampling at the moment (Adobe Photoshop & Autodesk sketchbook)I did meet some initial faults on day 1, particularly issues with the WiFi adapter picking up signal. However this seems to have corrected itself on driver updates.Fault number 2 seems to be that the system has been crashing a lot. I haven't figured this out why yet, however intend to return to this review at a later date to update this further.Overall I love this machine. For the price perhaps I expect more, but for digital art and portability this item is ideal. For beginners or people on a limited budget I would recommend investigating alternative options. For a complete package this item is very good. But you can probably obtain a decent laptop/pc and a display touch graphics tablet even a Wacom cintiq and still pay less than the cost of this item.

Upon receiving this item as soon as i charged it ...
Upon receiving this item as soon as i charged it and turned it on, the screen was flicking and there was a blue line on one side of the screen. I know this is just a case of maybe one faulty mobliestudio pro slipping through the net, but you would expect it to be completely on point when you are spending a small fortune on the product. Also amazon still hasn't refunded me and this in turn has caused me to lose out on some freelance work as i needed it for a project and its portability.
