Takes some getting used to.
I had fancied the idea of one of these gadgets for a while. I plumped for this, balancing price with features (I didn't want to spend a fortune in case I didn't get on with it!)First off, despite reading the instructions, I could not get it to work. Although it works automatically, the tip of the device needs to be in very good contact with the skin at just the right pressure. I was frustrated. However, after persevering I am now better at getting it right.The sensation of the massage is nice... I like the heat and massage setting. Whether it is having any effect is hard to tell as I forget to use it lots of days, so I can comment only really on the relaxation benefits! The skin around my eyes feels stimulated after use, and I have certainly experienced no adverse effects.So, the only problem... its loud, especially on the heat and massage setting. Its ok from a distance, but when its near your eyes - and therefore near your ears - I do find it noisy. This means that I tend to use it while watching tv or something as it is not a 'super quiet time relaxation' type sound to deal with!
