First try was last night. The inside of the cup has measurement marks. I think I used the 15ml mark and that's pretty much 1/2 a capful. I swished it for a full minute. The flavor is lightly minty. It has the slightest bite to it, but nothing like regular mouthwashes. I'm using this in conjunction with the toothpaste and flossing. I'm hoping the neem etc will help the inflammation in my gums. I'm not interested in any ayurvedic mumbo jumbo. I'm using these products to help my situation. I will say that the toothpaste makes my teeth feel clean. You don't need to brush with much force. The ingredients in the paste does the work for you. I will recommend both products, especially if you're having dental issues and want to get away from the chemical-laden poisons being pushed on us.

Amazing natural mouth wash!

I just received this product and it seems to be very good HOWEVER the product directions on Amazon it says to use 1/2 CUPful each time you use it. That means a 16 OZ bottle would last you for a mere four uses. When I tried to search reviews and find out if this was correct, here's what "Rufus" Amazon's helpful AI entity, had to say on the subject: "A capful of Auromere Ayurvedic Mouthwash is approximately 1/2 cup, as per the product directions," which is also incorrect. This product is very EXPENSIVE and the manufacturer should be able to afford to put the right directions on its Amazon pages. I would imagine that many people avoid buying it since 1/2 cup of any mouthwash seems excessive. Obviously, it is supposed to be half a CAPful, which is only 1/2 ounce, which gives you 32 uses per bottle, not just four! Come on Auromere, take a little care with your instructions or see that Amazon does! And somebody ought to check on Rufus' IQ!
