Other thicknesses through 2.5” are available directly through Clifton Steel. The plate has a width of 48” and a length of 96”. The steel is abrasion resistant, wear and impact resistant, and fatigue and corrosion resistance. Each plate has a hardness between 477 and 550 BHN. The typical yield strength is 200 ksi and the typical tensile strength is 225 ksi. TensalloyTM is always vacuum degassed for cleanliness. These plates are used to produce products such as bucket liners, screens, punch plates, flights and more.
