Great product.. i use it to help replace my mineral salts etc after gym and relive leg cramps at night . Nice flavour too

Needs a damn good stir to dissolve fully, but easy to drink as quite pleasant taste.

Best hydration you can get - but this flavour is a bit sweet - needs plenty of water to mix with it!

Tried the strawberry 3 pack and it tastes yummy with fast delivery. Tried in water and mixed in to smoothies and both were delicious. Would love to see the strawberry flavor at the same price point as the others because it is so yummy.

initial taste is quite salty but that's literally for the 1st second other then that it does what it says on the tin its a good sup

I’ve wanted to try electrolytes for a while and saw these recommended online by my Pilates instructor so though I would try! The taste in my opinion is fairly strong, so it’s not something I would look to take everyday! I dissolved one sachet in my 700ml water bottle and topped up throughout the day, I ordered the drink when it was more diluted, with a shake the powder dissolved easily. Though I did feel they were effective, as I wasn’t glugging down so much water and still feeling thirsty! More of a maintenance supplement rather than increasing energy levels for me.

I start every day with liquid iv and it’s really helping me meet my hydration goals. I currently follow a low calorie diet and as a result used to get headaches - this has completely resolved this with the added benefit of turning my water into a refreshing drink

With the heat lately it's been difficult to stay hydrated, these have massivly helped and they taste amazing. Been using these for the heat and after a workout.Will certainly be trying the other flavours
