Perennial plant with acidic flavoured leaves. Height 25-45cm. flowers in summer. Grows well in most fertile soils. Remove flower heads for more leaf production. Leaves used in salads, sauces, soups, soft cheese and egg dishes As with all of out plants these plants are grown in at our nursery that has been growing top quality plants for over 60 years.
