So easy to follow
I bought this for my children who love art but I, a mother who cannot draw a decent stick figure, benefited from it as well. The steps are super easy to follow. I ended up buying the animal and the people books as well.

Very helpful for teaching a kid how to start drawing Very simple and practical with variable levels of pictures to draw Probably missing a dotted lines to help younger kids to draw.

Easy to follow instructions
This book is so fun! I keep it near our big chalkboard wall and my 3 and 5 year olds have been doing lots of independent drawing using the instructions.

Delightful, great for screen-free fun
Got this for my niece who was visiting and getting very bored in her screen free time. She enjoyed it immensely—easy and fun, the perfect gift for a bored 5 year old. I’d definitely want to buy the other books in the series as a follow up
