Pretty but not great for hot items.
Based on reviews — I was excited to order these since the design is super cute and the material seemed heat resistant. And when they arrived, they certainly were very cute! The material though seems to be a cheap broadcloth. I tested them out when taking out a pan from the oven and due to the thinness of the glove, it didn't really insulate well from heat.I'm worried someone from my household will get burned with these — so I'll be returning them soon.So disappointed because I loved the design!Pro tip for the manufacturers: Sew silicone grips on one side of each glove!

These mitts are a good size for smaller hands
These mitts are a good size for smaller hands. They are thick enough that I can carry a very hot dish right out of the oven over to another counter, and I can change oven rack heights in an already hot oven as well.
