I've always taken hair, skin and nails gummies from this brand and I've always liked them. These smell fruity and have a sweet taste. No issue swallowing as they're gummies. I just started taking them about a week ago but I do hope it helps to boost hair growth.

The only reason I gave these four stars instead of five, is they are hard to chew. The gummys are tough and rubbery. It's too soon to know if they are helping my nails, or hair, but my skin isn't as dry, and has a better texture to it. It is supposed to be citrus, and there is a faint orange flavor, but there seems to be a tropical flavor also.

These gummies taste good, serve a good purpose and my nails are stronger. I don't notice much faster growth. I also don't see hair help, but menopause is messing with my hair. They do not have any negative side effects and I don't take with food. The directions say to make sure you chew them thoroughly. The size of the gummies is nice because they are easy to chew 2 at a time.

They taste great. I have noticed a small difference in my hair and nails. But I have been breaking out on my face ever since buying them. I have also noticed weight gain, I gained 6 pounds in 8 days which is NOT normal for me. It is very hard for me to gain weight.
