VG - Suggestion on how to get the backing off
Very good; works perfectly.One suggestion, the backing is hard to get off with your fingernails. the solution is, says the manufacturer, to take the point of a pocket knife, insert it between the tape and the backing, and work backwards (the opposite of the sharp side of the blade) to pull off some backing. Then, once have some off, can continue by hand.BTW, somewhere an expert suggested to replace tape every 200 heat-seals or so.
