Good product but very hard to setup. Followed the instructions and they were not accurate. Once I managed to finally understand how to setup worked, the plug did its job. The app works really well and I connects very well with Alexa.

Don't know if I'm doing something wrong can't seem to connect to WiFi the first one's I got connected easy

I have a few smart plugs now as they are convenient and energy saving (you don’t have to leave a light on when you go out if it’s going to be dark when you get home as you can just turn it on from your phone). I use an app for my other plugs which I was hoping I could use for this smart plug but sadly it only works with its own app. It’s not the end of the world and doesn’t say it will work with the app so I can’t fault it for that.It’s easy to set up and use. There’s a timer and countdown feature too so if you are on holiday, you can simply set the timer before you go and don’t have to worry about turning the plug on and off each day.

I move this Smart Plug around from socket to socket as I need it, so it has to be versatile and really easy to set up, and fortunately it is. Operate it manually, via your iPad or iPhone/Smartphone or get Alexa to switch it on or off for you. It’s just spent the last couple of weeks controlling the Christmas lights on and around the tree, as I was able to tuck it into a socket right behind the tree, so no trailing wires, and let Alexa switch everything on and off.

Crap don't buy for Alexa, Tried to register and link the smart plug skill to Amazon Alexa kept say wrong verification code entered each time I tried. Gave up after 10th attempt. Sending back to seller.
