DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It does not work. There is no way to contact the company. They list the website as topfeeder.net but it is no good. The "user manual" is a joke. Terrible instructions, misspellings throughout. This piece of junk is going back. I should have known better than to buy a product with 4 reviews. Don't be stupid like me.

I am only giving it one star. Purely for the fact that is DOES do what it's supposed to, but it is the most giant, pain in my rear end product I have ever purchased. I am pretty tech savvy, but this thing made me work to get my money's worth.PLEASE READ THIS FIRST PART IF YOU DO NOT READ ANYTHING ELSE BELOW.1.) The app is called XPet. It is probably designed by people that do not speak English because there are SO many typos and the app overall is very confusing. But the most important part I will mention is this: DO NOT UPDATE THE APP. When you first download it, it's fine. This app does not update automatically. You will find an option inside the app that it asks if you want to update to the newer version... DO. NOT. DO. IT. This app is infected with a virus that will download itself onto your phone after you allow it to update. I have annoying pop up ads that take up my entire screen, even when I am not even in any app at all, I can be texting or even on my home screen and an ad will appear every 1-2 minutes. The only way to hopefully resolve this is to do a hard reset on my phone. I am so increasingly frustrated. It's perfectly safe AT FIRST, but do not update it. You can even uninstall the app and the feeder will still work (as long as you have your times preset). I know for a fact that it was THIS app. I haven't downloaded any other app within the last week. The ads started immediately after I updated this stupid app. I feel like such a dumb youknowhat.2.) The time set on the app does not sync with the time that my phone is displaying. For the longest time, I could not figure out why my automatic feedings were not going off at the right time. The camera function of the app will actually tell you what time the feeder thinks it is, so you have to set your times based off of what the feeders says, and not what the clock in real life actually says. My time is four hours off, so if I want it to feed at 6am, I have to set the feeding schedule for 2am on the app. It took me probably a week to figure out.There are a lot of things that I do NOT like about this product. No customer service whatsoever. If you have a problem, good freaking luck because you are on your own. They have a website listed that does not even exist. And there is no manual either. The app will tell you what to do, but it is written in very poor English. The ONLY thing I like about it is that it does eventually work. It's just not worth it at all. I just wish I hadn't wasted my money on something that infected my phone and was sold by people who gave two craps about their customers.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I strongly recommend this cat feeder! I’ve tried this feeder for 1 week now. Then I noticed that I no longer need to memorize myself to feed the cat. It’s all doing automatically. Also, I tried to communicate with my cat through this feeder while I was not at home. Cat’s reaction is hilarious! Anyway, I am planing to adopt a new cat recently, I will definitely comeback and buy another one for the new family member!

I haven't had the feeder for long but so far it has been great! Just be sure that your Wifi is 2.4 so that it will connect. I do find the detachable food tray quite hard to remove, which is good since the pet can't get to it but makes cleaning hard.. so be sure to clean before installation in case you can't get it off like me. Feeding portions are in grams (10 g per serving). Camera works nicely and night vision works well too.

currently having issues getting it hooked up on the wi-fi and my have to return it if we can’t figure it out. Will try support today. Fast delivery, no issues.

Product did not work and the website and manual were no help for troubleshooting the connection issues. Every time I tried to scan the QR code to set it up there was an error. Total waste of time. Ended up buying a different smart auto feeder instead and it works really well.

I love that it feeds the cat and the product is overall sturdy. Sometimes it's difficult to stay connected to it making it hard to manage feedings.
