Yes I can go on YouTube, the issue with that is its full of clueless "wanabees". If your system is fully charged you will not be able to press the plunger, in fact because the fitting doesn't appear to have a one way valve you will have a lethal projectile from the back pressure. No gas in the system and the compressor will not kick in so running the engine for 30 mins will just add further expense and achieve nothing. Having instructions would prevent any mishaps, ideally I guess a half charged ac system would be best. All that said, and little common sense, my system was fully charged and the condenser leak minor.....I attached a G clamp to my syringe to prevent back pressure and slowly closed it (I couldn't have done it with my hands). Why 5 stars? Because the results were excellent, just give some thought to the above before going 'gung ho' potentially covering your engine bay in blue dye or worse still taking your eye out. Attach the adapter kit. Locate your low pressure port. Place the end the adapter on the low pressure port and push down the block collar to lock it on. Press (hard) on the plunger to inject the solution. When all in and whilst still holding down the plunger, pull up the black collar to release the connection. Keep car running for a while or better still immediately take it for a run to spread the solution through the system. Job done. I managed to get it into my fully gassed system via a different method and ran car for 30 mins immediately after putting it in. Its been in approximately 4 weeks and system is once again low and needs regassing.
