Top is made from Matka silk, a tweed like silk, and comfortable to wear. The fabric has been block printed with white giving it a gorgeous look. There is elastic above the hip that frills at the bottom. Check the 2 colours in the pictures. This is usually bought with Gypsy Frills, which is another skirt from T04 collection.
