iLuv my iBoard!
I was completely disgusted with my old ironing board. It was ugly, rickety, and it made a horrible screech every time I opened it.I almost lost it the day it collapsed while I was ironing. My iron went flying and melted the carpet while the board itself crashed down on my foot and cracked my toenail.Seeing no better options, I resorted to ironing on an old beach towel on top of my bed. Then my friend told me about iBoard. She said "it's little more expensive than a typical ironing board but it's worth it.... you will love it".Let me say iDO!It's so trendy :)It's light but very sturdy, easy to open, and it doesn't make that horrid noise when I open it.I wasn't sure about the oversized feet but they really do make the board super stable and they don't scratch the floor! The iron rest keeps my iron safe and secure and makes it much easier to position the clothes on the board. There is even a place to hang the clothes I'm ironing built right into the rest. How nice that someone actually payed attention to all of these great little features.Even my 11 year old daughter was impressed enough to ask for her first ironing lesson. This would make a fantastic bridal shower or housewarming present. It's going to be my new go-to gift!

Glad I bought this! Works for my project!
I received this about 4 weeks ago. I've been using it for a slipcover project. It is very steady. The only downside is that it is not as wide as I would like it. However, in my opinion, it is about the width of the standard ironing boards I've found in my search at the brick and mortar stores. I do want to add a thermal slipcover to help with ironing, but I will probably have to make one since is has that surf board shape.I find it very stable. It is also easy for me to raise and lower. I just have to remember to keep the levers pulled as I lower it all the way so it grabs. The feet are not that big a deal. If you are not careful, they will not lay down. But that is just a matter of using your foot to flatten them. Easy. I love how steady it is, as well as the iron rest. Even with the heavy canvas fabric for the lining on my slipcover project (I have a pleather couch) pulling to one side, the board does not tip or wobble.I give this only four stars as I wish it were wider.

Good idea, but poor production
Sorry, but this is not up to standards. The design concept is good, but it is a Chinese made product, with construction faults that develop within a few times of use. The metal frame becomes wobbly despite the large feet.In fairness, the first iron board was defective upon delivery and the vendor replaced it immediately. I contacted them again as the replacement is getting unsafe to use, and no return comments.Suggest you save your money and buy something standard and strong from a local store.

Okay but feet are a nuisance.
The ironing board is sturdy but I don't like the feet of the board. They are hard to get all four flat. If you need to move the board even a few inches, you have to try to get the feet flat again.

ironing board very secure but large feet get in the way and are difficult to manipulate, especially on carpet. Too much money for something that is just average.

TOO EXPENSIVE BUT, A SAFE BOARD
I like the Look, Safety Feet and weight (light weight) of this board. But, the cost was over $100.00 which we thought was high but went ahead with purchase anyway. BUT, 2 weeks after we purchased, the Vendor offers another board that uses similar colors (same blue with a streak of gray) but of a different design. The kicker is that the other board is for $78.00 not for the over 100 bucks we spent. The board for 78 bucks is of same quality as this but different print (print of a surfboard instead of the "flowered" print. We would have rather paid the 78 bucks- boards are exactly the same other than the print! And, the prints are of same quality and my print is not something higher end or special in of itself other than being slightly different. We overpaid

this transformed the chore of ironing I Love iBoard
So to be clear, I sew, iron and have always. (no quilting FYI). Love pressed clothes. This board is great! Great for hardwood floors sincerely no marks with these super steady "feet". The colors are fun. It's very good quality, sturdy, chic looking for guys and gals and shipped in excellent packaging. I've very pleased. Transformed ironing experience. Highly recommended and I'm going to look into their "smaller" version for touch-ups. Seriously great.

Gnarly, dude!
It's almost, but not quite, perfect. There were a lot of great ideas that went into this board, and one bad one. Not a deal killer by any means, but it was so close to being totally tubular.Pros:* easy to set up and collapse--by far the easiest of any board I've ever used* tall enough for a 6'3" feller to iron comfortably* doesn't screech on setup/collapse* light weight* handle* iron rest w/ hanger slotsCons:* the surfboard shapeSummary: the edged are bowed like a surfboard instead of straight like a conventional board. Maybe I haven't learned to adapt my ironing style, but I find it easier to iron a shirt (with straight side seams) on a conventional board.
