I was excited to find this steel plate is made of thick heavy duty steel. It's versatile in how it can be mounted. I wanted a wider base with bigger wheels, so I mounted it to a bigger piece of plywood that I cut to mount my 3 drawer packout. I then put bigger casters on it. This would also be good to mount in a vehicle floor or on the wall. It's solid.

I've only had the opportunity to use this new dolly with my toolboxes for a short time, but it has already made transporting heavy loads around my job site much easier. The swivel casters allow for seamless maneuverability and the safety brake ensures stability during movement. I'm impressed by its durability and versatility as well

Moved my tools 10 feet and the dolly bucked and two of the wheels are bent over. Weld the joints and put a steel plate on top don’t use this dolly as is it requires some modifications for professional use.

The metal platform it’s self is built well and the fit of the cleats to the pack out cabinet fits exact which is a good thing. The only draw back are the casters are to small especially after the drawers have tool loaded what I did was changed the casters to bigger ones and welded a another plate to raise the clearance of the cart off the ground

I knew when I got this that my husband didn’t have the toolbox to go with this particular dolly, however, I was hopeful that this dolly could be used mainly to move things around the garage when he is working on heavy things. He was really happy when he tried it out even though it is designed specifically for a toolbox that goes with it. This dolly also works well by itself and is a great assist when moving heavy things. My husband just put a piece of plywood on the base of it, and it became a generalized dolly, which is awesome!
