A M A Z I N G. Totally amazing.I listened to Craig's 'Alcohol Lied To Me' over 4 years ago and stopped...for 3 weeks, naively thinking if I can stop this easily, I can easily do it again. How wrong I was as it's taken me another 4+ years to approach the subject.Halfway through the book a switch went off and I stopped drinking. Period.I have never felt more awake and focused. I honestly thought I would never ever be able to stop drinking as the idea terrified me and more so after I had already had a crack at the whip and felt like I'd failed.Craig nails so many issues in the book and the evil clown reference to your ego, is verging on genius.If you want to stop. Listen to this. If you're a concerned friend or family member, buy this book for a loved one and listen to it with them as support.There is SO much to be gained and nothing to lose (apart from your health, family, friends, jobs, money) so do it and do it NOW.
