Easy to use, and most importantly they protect your camera. I haven't had issues with them falling out and I use it for mountain biking.

May seem a bit flimsy, but it did its job. Camera fell between 2 tables and cracked the protective screen. Not the actual lenses. Worth the little investment.

I don’t understand why everything insta 360 makes is such poor quality… one drop from less than a foot away onto dirt, and the lens is completely scratched and useless? Why is this adventure brand not using better quality materials???

Fits perfectly. Easy to apply. Doesn’t fog up or get moisture inside. Doesn’t distort the image.

My camera is a 2023 model X3, which is suitable for this model. This is the second time I buy a lens cover. The first generation cover is glued on, and mine has worn out, so I changed it. It is difficult to avoid wear and tear on this protruding lens, which leads to blurry video quality. However, this easily removable lens cover is more expensive and there is no spare. I will buy a whole set next time. Since it has been developed to be removable, there should be separate lens covers for sale, but there are none.

I use these on my X3 attached to my R7. It has been great and I prefer this over the sticky lens.If you're anticipating that these won't scratch, yes they will. The point is to protect the real lens and that's exactly what they do. These are plastic and they will scratch with debris and drops. I dropped my X3 and unfortunately the back lens guard cracked but the lens itself was completely perfect.Keep in mind that these aren't sealed so you must remove them and clean them from time to time to get the dust out.Also do NOT forget to turn on lens guard in your camera settings. If you don't, you will have noticeable stitching issues.Once thing that makes NO SENSE is that Insta360, at the time of this review, does not make the Lens Guards sold separately or as a pack. Why do I need to purchase the whole Removable Lens Guards that come with the base if the lens are removable?! That's incredibly stupid. It should be a 1 time purchase and an option to buy just the lens.
