Lost it’s shape & firmness within a week
I chose Royal Crest because my last pillow lasted 11 years. This one lost it’s structure & shape within a week. Very disappointed.

Reccomended by osteopath for neck and shoulder problems. Neck and shoulders improving with exercise and support of this pillow at night. Took a couple of days to get used to the shape but worth the perserverance.

Needs replacing within a few month
Bought in August and at the time perfect, exactly what I needed to help with neck pain. However, three months later and it is soft and there is zero support to the neck.I have been buying these pillows for a couple of years and the quality has definitely deteriorated.
