You can emboss directly onto the cake surface, repeating the impression as many times as required or for a better result roll out the paste and emboss before carefully lifting the paste into position on the cake taking care not to smooth out the impression. This embosser can also be used on sugar paste, marzipan or modelling paste. The sections can be coloured using dusting and lustre colours for a pretty effect.

These are lovely patterns but because they are hard plastic I found it hard to get an even pattern on my paste so bit disappointed.
