First of all… check the sizing. This suit is a second skin so it’s tight! My son regularly wears a 26 so that is what I bought and it fit amazing! Background: I was a competitive college swimmer so I know a lot about bathing suits and knew it was going to be snug. Even with my knowledge I still watched a video tutorial on how to put his tech suit on. I recommend doing this. It will save you time and ensure your kiddo is comfortable. This suit looks great and I was happy with the material. I want to preface my sons results with… I worked with him on his start and finish A LOT in the days leading up to wearing this tech suit and I know that played a role in his time loss but this suit also made a difference. Results: my son was 6 one hundredths of a second off a qualifying time. We worked hard on his start and finish and my husband and I invested in this tech suit. Last night he raced again and his time dropped 1.5 seconds. We were shocked and THRILLED! He is not only qualified now but ranked. I would recommend the suit but it doesn’t do all the work. Be sure your kiddo also works on starts, turns and/or finished. I am thrilled with this purchase (which I should call an investment because it is pricy).
