I've had this case on my phone for the past 3yrs: it has been dropped, kicked, thrown, even chomped and scratched by my puppy, and this thing truly has protected my phone from all of that. The puppy bite marks didn't even go through the phone case!! (And she's a big puppy too!) I'd say it's very scratch resistant and very durable! My phone is still very physically brand new thanks to the case: no scratches whatsoever. I'll add picture so you can see the amount of abuse my phone case had gone through. The case is very worn now, but it truly has kept my phone safe for the past 3yrs.The case fits perfectly: you can touch the screen perfectly through the screen protector without any problems. You can still do everything such as iris recognition, finger recognition, and every other feature.Only downside to the case I've noticed is that the case makes it hard for callers to hear you when you have your phone on speaker. You can hear callers, music, and everything just fine blasting on your phone, it's only the phone receiving noise on your end it becomes a problem. Calling via earphones or just answering the phone normally is perfectly fine, just speaker is the problem.

We have a Galaxy S9 and S9+. One appealing thing is the price that is excellent and the product is well designed and made. It'' a bit of a pain to take apart once you get it on, but that is a good thing also as it is tight and does not fall apart. It protects against those situations when you pull the phone out of your pocket and it hangs up and ends up falling to the floor... It has a good four or five of those under its belt so far, no damage...The nicest thing I have found is the effectiveness of the clear plastic front cover that is there INSTEAD of glass... The touch work fine unlike some others I have tried with a first name of Otter... I have used glass screen covers historically but, unfortunately with glass, is that I have put my keys in that pocket and...crunch...nice little star pattern breaks that are a pain. This clear plastic has not discolored and has suffered the same abuse with the keys upon occasion and still looks perfect, and protects the phone screen. Very nice. Very good buy...Oh, every so often you will get a hair of something under the screen and you will need to take it apart and clean everything.... It's not too often like every couple months but for such a nice looking products that does an excellent job

This case is definitely heavy duty. I've dropped my phone on concrete, watched it slide a few feet, and picked it back up with no worries and no damage done (beyond a few scuffs and nicks on the case itself.My only issues are with the screen protector. If I use my phone in anything heavier than a gentle drizzle, it's very likely that water will get between the the protector and screen itself, making the phone impossible to use until I can get back inside, crack open the case, and dry everything off.Also, after having used the case for a few months, a fraction of a millimeter of space has developed between the screen protector and the phone. It sounds inconsequential, but the force I have to use with each tap on the plastic to get it flush with the glass so it can register is both frustrating and loud. Tapping in the middle of the screen, it sounds like I'm clacking away at a mini mechanical keyboard.That said, I'm probably going to repurchase. I'd rather be ensured than not annoyed.

This item shipped fast (prime member). Case seems really sturdy and durable. Not sure how it would have held up because I didn't get to use it. When I recieved it, I noticed a black stain after unpacking it (which looks worse in person). I dont really like the material too much but it's a pretty color. What I dont like about it besides the stain, is that i CANNOT listen to music through AUX. the auxiliary port for most cords is too small and the cord wasnt able to get pushed all the way in. I ordered this case thinking it had built in screen saver but I didn't read correctly because I must have overlooked that part. I was looking for the kind that had front and back protection. Other than that stuff it seemed to be a pretty decent case.UPDATE:This company is amazing, they contacted me right away trying to solve my issue. Through email they apologized and offered a different case that was more to my liking confirming that they would ship it out to me free of cost. I asked when would they think they would send it out and by the next day when I got home I noticed a package. What do you know, it was the new phone case they sent me. It's just like the other but with the added screen protector! I like it and I'll be be using it regardless of my aux cord not being able to fit in the aux slot/hole. The packaging was nice. Things were very well put together and nice and clean with no visible scratches or other marks. They even sent a little appreciation with a note that was very classy and professional.

Love the look and feel of this case. And the colour is a subtle pink. I think it looks more expensive than it is. Feels solid and durable but only time will tell with regards to how well it ages. Only thing I would say is the the front screen protector is very reflective so glare can be an issue...having said that the fact that the phone brightness can be turned right up to 'centre of the sun' level means that it's not too big of an issue, just can be a bit annoying. Touch sensitivity through the screen protector is also very good. I'm really happy with the case

Fitted perfectly on phone but was very difficult to open originally. Screen protector felt horrible so I discarded this and just had the case on the phone. Feels pretty rugged and has a small lip on the top and bottom. Does add a fair bit of size to my phone, but as a male I am always happy to have a bit of extra size to impress. Overall, pleased with the case

The back of the cover keeps openkng, the case too heavy, it is too wide in hand. I kould not even use it, bought anoter one

It's a lovely case, the screen cover looks like it's not there and it's just as easy to tap and swipe etc, and it's non-slip. It's a great phone case to protect my treasured S9plus, highly recommended !
