Works great
Good quality paste, reflowed a few pcbs full of smd components with no issue and they’re all still working great

Can be messy
Need to get used to using this stuff. In particular, take the pressure off the plunger when setting it aside without the cap. Not doing so results in a slow creep of paste from the syringe. A little practice with application and what heat to apply and this stuff is great. Particularly with delicate wiring connected to plastic structures.

A Lifesaver for Delicate Soldering Tasks
I'm an electronics hobbyist, and I've always struggled with soldering tiny surface-mount components. This low-temperature solder paste has been a game-changer! It melts easily with a hot air gun, allowing for precise control without damaging sensitive components. I no longer have to worry about overheating and accidentally popping parts off the board. The paste comes in a syringe, which is convenient, but I found the included tips a bit difficult to use. The paste is quite thick, so it's easier to apply it directly with a toothpick or similar tool. Just remember to cap the syringe tightly afterwards to prevent it from drying out.I've used this paste for both repairs and new builds, and I'm really impressed with the results. It creates strong, reliable connections with minimal residue. If you're looking for a low-temperature solder paste that's perfect for delicate electronics work, I highly recommend this one!

Great for hot air SMD rework
I loved this product not because of any technical aspect, but because it helped make up for my lack of skill set. I am not the biggest fan of SMD work, but the days of through hole soldering are pretty much a thing of the past. I can't tell you how many times I have inadvertently blown a component off of a board. This soldering paste has helped eliminate this issue. The paste holds the component in place while applying hot air. The lead-free low temp paste melts/liquifies quickly and easily. Using this product has made my SMD reworks a pleasure. Highly recommend this product.

Great for temperature-sensitive soldering environments
I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.I ordered this low temperature solder paste because I am doing a lot of wiring with 10 AWG and 12 AWG stranded wire. When I strip the ends to make connections, I prefer to have the ends as a solid, soldered wire rather than the loose wires simply twisted. Regular solder requires temperatures so high for so long that the heat from the iron begins to melt the insulation on the wire. The paste comes in a syringe along with different hollow nozzles. I found that it was very difficult to squeeze the paste through the nozzle, and once solder began to come out, it would continue to do so for a time, even when the pressure was let off. It is best to retract the syringe plunger in order to actually pull the solder back in. For my purpose, it was just easier to squeeze out the solder directly and apply it with my fingers between the strands of the loose ends, and then on the outside as I twisted them. Upon applying a hot soldering pen to the end of the wire, the solder immediately began to melt and spread throughout. There was no appreciable damage to the insulation, and the resulting wire end was nice and solid. It works perfectly for my purpose, and I expect it would work well in environments where high, continued heat would otherwise damage the surroundings before ordinary solder would melt.

Not very low temperature solder.
I was not able to use very well with hot air soldering. Dried out on me . I put more Flux and raised air temperature to 400 degrees centigrade then it started flowing!

Works well, much easier than wire solder for surface mount components.
This is a pretty niche product, if you're looking at this, you probably need some. This is much easier to use than wire solder on surface mount components. Anyone who works on boards should have some of this in their kit.
