Buyer be warned - this bracket will not fit just 'any Harris Victory flat broom 9” up to 18” ' brooms as described. I purchased it to go with a Harris Victory PA359H 12-inch Coco Broom with Handle, and upon trying to assemble it two problems were immediately evident:1. The socket tube part is way to big to tighten around the handle2. The flat plate part is at completely the wrong angle to fit flush to the broom headTo fit this to the broom I would have to take the broom apart, figure out the correct angle for the handle to fit the broom head to match the socket, make a new hole in the broom head for the handle and finally reassemble! Because of the acute angle of the flat part to the tube part, I'd end up with a broom that was very low to the ground and only comfortably useable by a small child - perhaps its intended purpose!I think this socket is probably ok on very long handled, large brooms, but it's no good on the smaller domestic size brooms.Amazon bundles this item to go with the broom I purchased, so perhaps somebody at Amazon could try to fit them together ...

This bracket does not fit the 13 inch Harris broom. The seller should have made this obvious before ordering.
