Recently purchased this product after returning a similar product with great reviews that was supposedly leak proof... NOT! I stumbled upon this product and was pleasantly surprised after my second cheesecake attempt did not leak. The reason it did not is this pan has a trench that the bottom pan fits into preventing leakage. The other products that I've researched including the previous one that was returned does not. Great job in the design thank you guys will probably purchase another.

I make a cheesecake about once a month. Springform pans made it hard to remove a slice or the whole cake due to the lip on the lower piece. With this pan I lined with parchment paper and set it on a small elevated bowl and could slide the cheesecake onto another serving/storage container. I’ll never go back. Can’t speak for durability but I would hand wash only and try to be easy with it so it doesn’t bend.

Side of pan was dented near the bottom and the bottom doesn't fit properly. It leaked batter the first time I used it and made a mess in my oven.

Good product but it's hard to clean after use

It works flawlessly for my cheesecake made by instant pot.Only 1 drawback. It should have been higher depth for about 1 more inch. Because cheese cake expands more than 80% of it actual height after cooking in instant pot. It almost overflew right after cooked. It gradually shrinked back to normal height when cooling down. Since I prefer thicker cheese cake , I need higher depth pan. It is very well build and pretty though.I have tried spring form pan for my instant pot. Water trapped and found rust spot afterfirst use because they are not Aluminum.So Aluminum is perfect for in instant pot.

I bought this specifically to make a cheesecake in my IP and it worked perfectly. I didn't want the latch on the side, so the pan itself is bigger. I've only used it once, so I can't speak to the durability, but am very happy with this purchase and my cheese cake turned out beautifully.

J'adore ce moule 8'', il ne fait pas de fuite et même avec le papier d’aluminium qui doit entourer le moule de gâteau il entre dans le pot sans problème. Prévoir une sangle de papier d'aluminium pour placer/retirer le moule de IP.

I purchased this pan to make cheesecake in my I pot. I am very pleased with the pan. It fits perfectly in an 8qt I pot.
