They're made from really good material. They look great. The price is excellent for the product.The one problem is they don't get around my calves. I'm a runner, so my calves are slightly bigger than average, but I've literally never had dress socks that I couldn't pull all the way up because they weren't elastic enough. Other than that they're really nice.

The good: I really like these socks because they stay up all day and are light and comfortable. They come in a decent variety of colors.The BAD: ridiculously over priced. I mean crazy expensive. The heel will wear out within a year of use and that’s wearing them maybe one day a week. So the Durability compared to the price point is the reason for the rating.The ask: reinforce the toe and the heel and lower the price and this would be the best dress socks I’ve ever owned.

Okay, I want to love these socks, but I have to give them an okay. I wear a 10 1/2 EE shoe and I am 6'0 in height. I have very skinny ankles and big calves. So I want a sock that goes over my calves. So I bought the 7-11 size to fit my foot, as I do not like excess sock material in my shoe. The foot portion fit when I put them on, but a few hours later I noticed I had to pull them up to fit my foot. The length of the socks when pulled up came to mid-calf. Not over the calf. And they do slide down. They are a good fit and the material is not to heavy or too light. The patterns are great and the colors amazing. Will I buy them again. Maybe. I will get the bigger size next time. and keep my fingers crossed that they are truly over the calf.

Having been born with a decent set of calves it has been a struggle to find a decent pair of dress socks that can stay up all day long. Even going with over the calf socks can be gamble as some brand's sock can get a little wilty near the top of the sock after a full day of walking around in them. But Pierre Henry socks I haven't found that to be an issue. They fit me, my calves and my 9 1/2 size feet perfectly. It was almost as if they were designed for my feet. The reinforced heel actually stops at my heel which hasn't always been the case when I buy over the calf socks, sometimes the heel would end at my achilles. But minor issues aside the socks are quality. The top of the sock has some extra elastic to prevent the socks from sliding down your legs after walking around all day in them which for someone who has nice calves I love. The fabric feels soft and is breathable. Highly recommended.

After owning and wearing these socks for 5 months, I can say that the fit, comfort, and resistance to shrinkage have all exceeded expectations. Even though I have opted to wash in delicate cycle as opposed to hand-washing, these socks have retained their new-look color and feel. I have also dried them on delicate cycle with ultra-low heat instead of hanging them to dry. My results have yielded zero shrinkage or loss of elasticity thus far. No pillage of the cotton fiber either along with excellent color retention. I've checked back a couple of times to see if new colors have been added and would quickly add to my collection if new styles were offered. I highly recommend these socks for those looking for a high quality over-the-calf sock with a bit of flair that allows your individuality to shine. I bought a similar style of socks from Italy at a cost of $40 a pair and both are comparable in quality.

This is my second time writing this review and I want to so that you all will decide to purchase this product. I have tried all the name brand socks out there and nothing works. I’m a Real Estate Broker and am constantly in and out of the car all day and at the office ... I pull these socks up in the morning and pull them down in the evening when I get home, THAT IS ALL... Amazing socks!! these are the best socks that I have ever worn and the quality is fantastic. You always have to get over the calf socks for an "all day stay" and these certainly do that. The quality is great, shipping and packaging was nice and more importantly the patterns and colors are cool. Received compliments all week the first week I wore them. Look forward to purchasing more.

These are the only patterned over the calf socks I can find that stay up and are comfortable. I always wear OTC socks with long pants because when you cross your legs there's no hairy calf showing! This is my second purchase of these. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I seem to wear them out in the toe and heel in about a year. Probably just me and the way my shoes fit. I highly recommend them.

After almost 20 years of marriage, I've finally found an over-the-calf dress sock that my husband can get over his size13EEE feet and ENORMOUS calves! He's tried "king-size" socks, and other "big and tall" socks, and some much more expensive socks, but none ever came close to fitting like these. I'm going to air-dry them to ward off any shrinkage.My husband's concern is that the heel is not reinforced and he may wear through them quickly, but only time will tell on that. I'm so pleased, and he is really enjoying all the different patterns and colors to choose from.

For reference, I'm 5'9 with shorter than average legs and I wear US men's size 7 shoes. However, my feet are quite wide and my calves are muscular. The socks have been washed in cold water and hang dried only.Pros:- Nice colors.- Nice patterns.- 86% cottonCons:- Barely fit my feet- Barely stretches over my calves (in fact, some pairs can't even stretch all the way over)- Material feels fragile when stretchedI would've thought these socks would fit great, maybe even a little loose since they say U.S. shoe size 7 to 11. But they should really say size 4 to 8.

My feet are size 10.5. The socks I bought are posted as fits size 6 - 11 men. I put them through a cool wash then dry before putting them on. Clearly they are too small. The toe re-enforcement only covers my 3 toes from big one, the heel is short, and my calf isn't covered. Granted I am tall and my toes are Egyptian tapered. Unfortunately, a Big and Tall option is not available in Canada yet. Will have to return and find something else.

These are great over the calf socks that looks smart and are really comfortable. I have bought 3 boxes and wear them everyday. These are great socks for casual to dressed up and going to the office or out for dinner. 5 stars!

If you are questioning whether to buy these, or looking for a sign - this is it. Buy the socks. Buy the damn socks and don't look back because you'll never be buying another pair of H&M or whatever cheap-low-quality factory (well, these are probably still made in a factory..) produced socks you were buying before. Amazing socks.

Such a great gift! High-quality product and very nice packagingI got this pack for my brother on his birthday. He is obsessed with dress socks and fun socks so he loved these. He works long hours and he said he wore them to work and they were super comfortable and actually stayed up and didn't roll down his leg all day. (apparently that's a thing guys struggle to find)
