I feel like this waist cincher is a good concept with bad execution. If you're going to get it, make sure you take your measurements and get the correct size. Otherwise, you'll be zipping your day rolls into the zipper (very painful). This trainer was just NOT for me! BTW, this will definitely make you sweat as it is not breathable at all (hence the latex). I also found the steel rods near impossible to sit down with. So, the cincher isn't as flexible as you'd think. Good for an all-standing event tho!!

I have bought these things in the past and all of them have been uncomfortable. They either stick you on the sides or bend when you sit. But this one is absolutely the best. It's so comfortable. I have been wearing it every day since I got it. I should've bought 2. I will definitely by another. I recommend this 100%.

I didn't realize that it only had one set of hooks. If I happen to get any smaller, I'll have to buy a new one. The zipper isn't awesome quality either. I have to be very careful when zipping so that the start of the zipper gets in the little grabber.... which is really hard to do below my big boobs and my squishy tummy.

I really would like to give this waist trainer 5 stars because it was awesome the 3 days that I wore it. I know only 3 days :( The wire at the bottom has come out and is now piercing my side so it makes it very uncomfortable to wear. I purchased 2 of these for myself, one in an XL and one in a L. I guess I will be returning this one to exchange for another one because it really was an awesome waist trainer. It was comfortable and was a great fit.

Once you conquer the fear of zipping up your belly fat into this scuba squeezer, it's a quality product that does the job. The material has good and bad qualities. It'll make ya sweat. Guess that has pros and cons too but I don't wanna be dripping salty wetness from places when I'm on a hot date! Good product. Great price.

I followed the size chart on this and ordered a Medium, but I should have ordered a large. It's just too tight and uncomfortable. I ordered a large in another brand and it's tight but comfortable,

I am pretty sure it would fit well if I didn't have excessive skin from having 3 babies. Overall though, the material is good. I like it, just wish it would fit me.

Zipper hard to get started. Too large and thought it would be hot to wear all day. It was heavier than expected. Sent it back.
