The quality of the product is good, and I like that it's only 80mg of caffeine so for it's not overloading you with caffeine. I wish they disclosed how much taurine is in the pouches. It's also low in vitamin C, where 3 pouches provide 7.5mg At about 50 cents per pouch (if you get the 3 cans), it's not a bad value for money. The only thing that may not work for everyone, is the need to put it on the gum under the lip. I got used to it and started to like it actually.

The flavor with this Mango Ice was not as good to me. It was a little bitter to me. Will not buy again.

I liked the flavor even though its mostly subtle. I have a high tolerance to caffeine so I didnt feel much to this but it did give a little boost of energy and I also take theanine when taking high dose caffeine to not have jitters. Easy to take/use and the containers have a lid to keep the spent ones so you dont have to litter. I just wish they were smaller doses.

I drink a lot of coffee and I would say I have a high tolerance of caffeine but these pouches are legit strong. I wanted to try these for my workouts. I'm in my 50's and sometimes need a little boost of energy and focus. I normally have a pre workout drink before hitting the gym. The mango taste of these I found to be pleasant, and they definitely made me more energetic but it's too much for me as they made me feel jittery and my heart was racing. I didn't eat much the morning when I first tried these and thought that was the reason so tried again a couple of hours after eating breakfast but I had the same experience. Maybe others will have a better experience but I think I would need to half or quarter the amount of this which I will try soon.

It seems to take longer to kick in, and the effect isn't as strong as I'd hoped for intense workouts or long work sessions. I can't tell if I'm just immune to caffeine or something. I don't seem to be affected by it, even though I love coffee, etc. I simply cannot tell if these pouches are doing anything at all other than tasting pretty good. Maybe if I used like 4 of them at once. I might try that. I do like that you can easily bring them with you. I'm often on the road and don't have the ability to stop and get coffee or whatever. I can keep these in my bag. In general, Mango is not my flavor of choice, but here it works really well. There is definitely a minty coolness in there that comes through big time, and the Mango is just subtle background.

The taste is different and the packet is inconvenient in the mouth, not like gum.
