The Creative Colouring Book Paperback – 18 July 2013

I love this book. I used to colour these in when I was a kid and absolutely loved the patience they took. Now in my adult years, with admittedly less patience, I still love doing these! It takes me back to my childhood and I find it so therapeutic, colouring in shapes for hours. Really lovely illustrations with an original vibe - good theming throughout the book. Can't imagine how long the illustrations took!Perfect for whiling away the winter months. Really pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with this colouring book, something in it for all ages, very easy to more intricate patterns. Lines very clearly defined and scope to put your own creativity into each picture. A really good thing is if you use felt tip pens they don't go through onto other side of page so not ruining another pattern. I would highly recommend this book for all ages.

My two goddaughters fell in love with this colouring book. They're 4 and 6 and use it differently but it's amazing how much it excited their imagination. They rarely stay inside the lines but enjoy making unusual colour choices to complete each picture. Many hours of fun and a happy mum!

My eight-year old grandson and I love this. He asks to do some more every visit. We work on adjoining pages and its lovely to find something we can do together. Suitable for all ages and just right for a calming activity, pictures are nicely varied too.

This is a brilliant book, whereby you can lose yourself for a couple of hours, and relax. I am living proof that it can lower your blood pressure and bring a certain amount of serenity into your life. The patterns are truly beautiful and can be perceived differently by anyone who attempts them. It doesn't even matter if you are not very good, it is for your pleasure alone. I fully recommend this book if you would like to incorporate a little 'you' time into your life!

I have to say that this is an amazing colouring book. I absolutely suck at drawing, but I actually enjoy painting, so doing that while listening to music is a relaxing experience. The book is flawless, the drawings are great, the pages are thick and the paper is of good quality.

Brought this for my 8 year old niece. She loved it, spent well over an hour just colouring in one picture. She used pencils as I suspect if you did use pens it would go through to the next page. Saying that, the paper is of fairly good quality and not thin or cheap looking. Buy she is extra cautious and takes all her colouring books very seriously, great little present for her, hours of time out for her mum!

Bought this and the other as well. Some good pictures for youngish children but lots of the pages are patterns which my children aren't keen on doing as 'it makes my eyes go funny' (and I agree on quite a few of them!).Quality paper and what pictures there are a nice for children, but disappointed overall.
