Our olive oil is cultivated by Palestinian farmers and families the same way it has been for centuries.
The olives are carefully cold pressed immediately after picking and the oil is stored in temperature-controlled underground stainless-steel drums to protect the oil from UV exposure and maintain its fresh, delicate flavor and well-balanced, medium body.
As a Fair Trade product, we’re able to ensure just compensation for workers and quality oversight at every stage of production. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds for every bottle sold goes to planting new olive trees. Sustainable growing practices for the land, fair wages for farmers and traceable single source olive oil for you. This is Fair Trade that actually works.
