She loves to do flips, but found the swing to be an added bonus. It was easy to put together. I assembled it myself in about 20 minutes. The instructions were a little confusing, but I found a YouTube tutorial and followed along. It is very sturdy and my granddaughter is very happy with it

I’m got it for my 8 year old daughter who is doing gymnastics so she can practice at home . It’s is very versatile. Very good quality and perfect size for a small place . It’s not heavy enough because I had to place weight to make it more stable . And now she has a mini home gym so now she can have fun while being active .
