Directions
Mix 1 scoop 40grams with 200ml - 300ml of water or milk up to 1 - 3 times a day. Consume first thing in the morning, in between meals, pre and post workout or any other time you need to boost your protein intake. For best results mix in a shaker cup or blender and consume immediately. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Avoid playdoh vinilla
Enjoyed the strawberry and chocolate, will be buying more...It would of been a 5 star if the vinilla tasted nice, but unfortunately not, tasted more like kids playdoh, lucky they have samples
