Easy to set up. Charges phone easily

Doesn’t charge
Would be a great desk tool but the charger station doesn’t charge at all. When my phone is on the charging station it does indicate that it’s charging but no progression/increase on the charge occurs.

The charger is extremely cheap

Defective, Used Item Received
Item arrived late and was clearly opened and used. The seal tab was cut and had multiple layers. After testing with original and my own cables, with and without cases, on both iPhone and Samsung, the charging does not work at all. Why are defective items resent to customers?
