I love this product. I use it on my neck and shoulder (I have a slap tear). It is best it you cover your face before spraying as the menthol can get in your nose. I now sleep with breath right strips to help with the menthol. It is worth it as it keeps me from being a mouth breather when I sleep. The product can last a long time, don't be afraid to spray a lot.

I have scactica and this spray does wonders for the pain.

Sometimes I am in so much pain I can’t even sleep at night. Let me tell you what, with this amazing little spray I finally can. I spray some on a little before bed and not only does it dull the pain but it really relaxes me too. It’s great not having to toss and turn all night anymore.

This stuff is strong! Make sure you are in a well ventilated area when you use it. It’s so strong because it works the best of any that I’ve tried before. It’s crazy how potent this stuff is. Just a little spray and boom you feel it right off the bat. It’s great.

This little aerosol bottle is the only thing that really makes me think I can finally get rid of my ice pack. The amount of menthol in here is great. It really makes me think it’s ice on my back. I can’t believe how well this works.
