The clips do not keep a good hold on the contacts. I put my strands together, and everything worked. The slightest movement caused certain colors to go out, the entire strand went out. Going to get the solder gun out.

Connectors were very sensitive. Had trouble getting all three colors to work consistently. Would not buy again.
