Very useful
I use this burner to heat up metal hole makers for my orchid pots.

Not at all portable
The wicks you get to insert yourself, a bit of a trick. Melted candle was to form a point helped. The wick holder just sits on top of the jar, held only by gravity. If it should tip, WATCH OUT! Alcohol is a hard to see flame. The snuffer cap is tall enough to snuff the flame without crushing the wick so that's good, but it too just sits there by the graces of gravity.

Make sure you use 91% iso
Works well in my lab. I tried 70% and it did not work well at all. 91% iso is the way to go. Well worth the 7 bucks

High quality, sturdy and functional. Slightly chipped
Basically the title, received the item very promptly and well packaged. Very minor chipping on the ceramic ring and a couple minor bubbles in the glass but it's no reason for a return on such a well priced item. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Inconsistent quality
I bought 2 of these. First one had no issues at all. This one the ceramic piece was flattened and the glass had lots of bubbles.
