I originally bought this cushion for tailbone pain, and while it’s a little pricey, it has absolutely been worth it for the relief it provides. I actually use it in my car for long drives, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort level. Since using it, my pain during long drives has decreased significantly. The cushion is incredibly soft, thick, and supportive — you almost sink perfectly into it without losing support. The quality feels excellent, and it’s held up very well. Definitely a purchase I’m glad I made.

This is a very supportive seat, with good resilience while sitting. It's way too big for me at five feet because when I sit on it my feet don't touch the floor. It also hangs off the edge of my chair making it hard to feel comfortable. I planned to return it, but my husband while 6' 2" tried it and really liked it. He was able to push the backends a bit through the chair slats and says it's very comfortable for his size. Usually seat cushions get very flat for him and this one maintains a nice height.

The ergo design at the back made it very comfortable for me when I sit cross legged. It also is a larger size so it fits most office chairs vs smaller sizes that slide around. You can site in many positions and it stays put and feels comfortable. The ergo design on the sides moreorless hugs you as well. Lightweight for this that need a portable cushion. Very well made and quality product.

This is a smartly and uniquely designed seat cushion. It's shaped unlike any other I've ever gotten before, with so many exotic and abstract curves, that it could probably be mistaken for a piece of modern art if placed in an art gallery. It just generally looks really cool. Unfortunately, however, that clever design doesn't fully translate to a good end user experience for the end of a user. Somehow I found it to be just as uncomfortable for long-term sitting as every other cushion I've previously tried. After a short while, my tailbone actually began hurting, and after a full day of sitting, the pain stayed with me. After a few days, it began having a negative effect on my posture, and induced an incessant pain at various parts of my body due to the odd sitting positions causing pressure to be put on the spinal column in ways that are harmful to the nerve endings. Admittedly, this has been the case for me with every single seat cushion I've ever tried, along with most chairs' native cushions, so it's not surprising or a big con specific to this product. Still, I felt it was worth noting, since this won't work for everyone. Your mileage will vary. You can feel its odd shape, and because of the shape, your options for comfortable and ergonomic sitting positions are more limited and static. But the cushion is overall significantly larger than all the other cushions, both in thickness and in surface area, making this a cushion that is a better fit for large people. It really does live up to its "XL" size description. I did appreciate how it comes with an embedded handle in its design, making it easy to carry, along with two protective cover sheets, both made of a silky, stretchy material. Despite these extra features, the wild design, and the high build quality, it's still more expensive than is truly warranted, especially since it won't work for everyone. Still, it could be worth giving a shot. Just don't be surprised if your back too ends up shot.

Wow instant comfort. I have a couple of these types of pillows for my car, study, etc. I tried this one today straight out of the box on my office chair & have to say it provided instant comfort whilst sitting. I am confident this will continue to be comfortable for longer periods and am actually glad I purchased this particular brand. The size is generous & the support is great.

Firstly, I was surprised by how large this is. It is actually a full size support cushion, made for regular sized bums. It is not some small sized trinket made for petite sized posteriors. That made me really happy. The inclusion of a replacement cover also made me happy, although the cover I received looks smaller than the cushion by an inch, so we will see how that goes when the time comes to replace it. The materials are really nice quality too. When I finally sat on the miracle cushion, I was even more surprised at how effective it was at relieving discomfort in my back and hips. This cushion is amazing. Obviously its effectiveness will be dependent upon a person’s particular injury, but for me, it works great.

The Pressure Relief Seat Cushion (ASIN B0F28F5RV9) from SitCushion came complete with an extra zippered cushion cover. Working from home means one tends to sit a lot. I picked this up for extra comfort for those long chair sessions. It does add comfort. My only complaint is that I wished it were slightly wider and had more support (rigid edges) on the sides. As it is, it is comfortable... for a period of time... however, I find myself having to adjust the cushion positioning more frequently than I care to, especially at the (as of this review) asking price of $98.xx.
