Excellent non-stick versatile pan
Excellent non-stick versatile pan!Have used it extensively during the last month and it had been my go-to pan for various usages.The non-stick functions works great. The heat distribution is very even. Pan is very easy to clean. I like the mid-range size; very functional.The removable handle comes handy for oven cooking and for tight space refrigerator storage.I have used it for high heat frying, low heat slow cooking/braising (where the glass top is very handy), warming up of yesterday's food, etc.It pretty much haven't made it to the cabinet; I use it so much, it just stays on the stove... ready for the next meal.

Perf!
Bought this for a 2 month trip with my over the road driver, and it was GREAT! I was a little worried it would difficult to clean (being in a truck and cleaning being limited) but this is a champ! Cooked everything from eggs to ground beef to alfredo sauce, and all it took was a paper towel to wipe it out! Perfect!

This is a great frying pan with a convenient size and sturdy construction. I like the removable handle which allows easy storage in the fridge of left over (once the food cools down) without the need to remove from the pan. And I can see the contents via the clear glass cover so I do not forget what I stored. The copper ceramic surface was very easy to clean.

Has Heat-Proof Handle
I picked this pan because it doesn't have a metal handle where you have to use a potholder. And the handle comes off, what a bonus. This pan heats up very quickly and it has a true non-stick surface. It cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher but I hardly have to do more than rinse it and dry it because it's so non-stick. And it has a lid, very nice. I highly recommend this pan

Not worth the purchase after all :(
UPDATE: After using this pan for only a few months things started sticking. Now everything sticks! Don't waste your time on this pan, I'm very disappointed in it. two stars for the handle design. I really like that. I've only had this pan for a few months and I love it. I can sear on high heat without it damaging the finish. I use it almost everyday. Clean up is a breeze. I love that it comes with a glass lid and the removable handle is convenient bonus. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time but so far I think its fantastic. A definite buy.

Handle is a cool feature, but I just need a non-stick pan
This pan sticks almost everything I put in it. even with 2 table spoon of oil, any meat will stick, and the bottom turn black, can't even clean all of it off.I have pictures and video to prove. maybe I got a deflected one, hopefully. because this product is a shame if it isn't a deflect. Handle is a cool feature, but I just need a non-stick pan. In the trash now.

Cool idea - poor quality
I ended up throwing this pan out. The handle piece is screwed and not riveted (although it's made to look like it's riveted). The handle came loose a couple of times and I had to tighten it. The detachable handle just didn't feel like it was snug. Food ended up sticking as well. I purchased a different brand (Almond) and am very happy with them. I do not recommend these pans.

Poor quality
They are barely three months old and the handles are broken. There is no option to return them. No apparent warranty

My new favourite thing in the kitchen
We have used this every day since our happy purchase. You can easily pop the handle off to put it in the oven, but what I love most is how easy it is to clean and how well and evenly it cooks without all the gross chemicals you find in cheaper pans.

A bit disappointed with the quality
Came with a chipped hole in pan. Now after half a dozen uses the metal between the handle has also started to come apart.
