USB Reveiver for J JOYACCESS Keyboard

I ordered my USB receiver because my previous one that came with my keyboard and mouse had been misplaced. When I initially searched for it online I was u able to find it. But then I found the email address for the customer service department and I sent them an email. I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me back within two hours, with the link for the replacement and instructions on how to set it up once it arrived. The item arrived and it worked right out of the box, no setup was required. I’m still impressed when I receive excellent customer service , they were on point.

I broke my old one and was so glad to find they sold this replacement. Worked perfectly as soon as I put it in my computer!
