Update: I am improving this overall review due to the customer service being excellent and reaching out quickly to help resolve the issue.———I have both this and the Aerokat, I got this one to have a differently-colored chamber for one of my two asthmatic cats.At first I liked the flexibility and softness of the mouthpieces, but my cat quickly realized how easily he could get away with widening his mouth so the edges of it reached outside even the bigger mouthpiece, leaving an opening so he doesn’t have to breathe the medicine in.He cannot get away with this little loophole on the more firm Aerokat mouthpieces. I wish those mouthpieces were compatible with this chamber, because the chamber itself on this one is fine.

The media could not be loaded. My dog recently required an inhaler, and I chose this spacer to use with the inhaler. This is an excellent spacer! It comes with two different heads that you can choose from to fit your pets snout properly. I have a Chihuahua and we used the larger head and it fit his snout perfectly. When I'm fitting the spacer to his snout, I like to put my hands over the top of his snout so that he doesn't see the medicine shoot out into the spacer because that scares him. After I dispense the medicine and he's breathing normally, I put my hands under his face and just rub his face gently and encourage him to breathe normally. The video attached shows him actually taking the medication. I had made two other videos showing how to put it all together, but unfortunately I can only upload one video per review. Hopefully this will help if you have to do the same thing for your pet. I highly recommend this spacer! Excellent product!

It's easier to use on my dog than I thought it would be. Choice of two sizes made it easy.

Perfect for my small dog. It has 2 sizes. You determine what you need for your dog.

I tested this on my own breath and it works where you can see the indicator for each inhale. It’s going to be a while before my cat gets used to this, so I will check in again if she ever feels comfortable enough with it to breathe with it.

This is literally saving our rescued kitties lives because they can now get the inhaler medication that is helping them breath while they are sick. I'm so glad we purchased it! I highly recommend this device for your pets!

The small mask is bigger than the small Aerokat mask and it doesn't fit my cat well. The breathing indicator does absolutely nothing. I had to breath in rather forcefully to get it to move. It's a waste of $20.

This works fine, except the air flapper isn't very sensitive. Since that's a key part of the spacer, I only gave it 3 stars. It works, because I can breathe into the spacer and the flapper moves. But this is sold to be used on quite small animals, like a cat. I'm using it on a 14 lb dog and it doesn't budge, even when she takes a deep breath. I can tell she's breathing because I can see her sides go in and out. But it would be much nicer if the flapper worked.
