I am 67 years old and for years I have the problem of getting hot under the collar, no matter what the weather but obviously especially in the summer. I used to hate bedtime because I knew it was going to be extremely uncomfortable, tossing and turning for hours until finally falling asleep in the early hours of the morning, not any more, I put this in my bedroom an hour before I go to bed, and I have it set to it,s coldest setting, it,s like walking into a freezer, now instead of getting into bed and pushing the duvet off, I wrap myself up and am away with the faries in minutes, ***** highly recomend, it,s also fantastic in the living room on hot days, although a little noisy when watching tv, just turn up the volume, but I am so comfortable it,s fantastic.

Couldn’t be happier with this air-conditioning. We fed ours into one of our fireplaces and it works amazingly well. We have other air conditioners that do hot and cold but this one is just cold air but it works amazingly. We have a Victorian house that has very large front windows and my office by about 2pm would be absolutely boiling. Since purchasing it, even just fan mode is enough to remove the heat from the room as unlike most air conditioners, the fan mode actually extracts air from the room so if you leave it on that mode, often you don’t even need to use the air conditioner itself. Very quiet as I am able to be on work calls without being disturbed by the sound and if I need to it’s easy to move closer to me.Setting it up was just a few minutes and it comes with some great extras for putting it through a wall if that’s what you wanted to do or even a window. Highly recommend it.

Blew up after a week. Loud pop and smoke. It's all you want in the middle of the night..

Was very disappointed with this product. We had an air con previously but after 2 years stopped working. Baught this in hopes it would be as good as the last and it definitely was not. Considering it’s an air con - it did not cool down the room at all. Just worked as a very expensive fan. It did not cool down the room at all. Even though it says it will cool it to 16 degrees our room stayed at 28 degrees. Very disappointing.

I never write reviews but this one warrants it - this item simply does not work and now have to deal with rigging this huge heavy item back into it's box.When using the cool function, the water tank fills up within 30 mins and then the air con mode turns off and switches to fan. We emptied it several times to see if maybe it was a start up issue but the same thing just happens over and over. Additionally, the exhaust pipe that comes with this is extremely fiddly compared to others we've had. It somehow manages to wiggle out of the window no matter how much we put it out, even with props to keep it in place.

The media could not be loaded. 28 degrees outside and 22 inside after 1 hour of use. Quite noisy but get used to it quickly. Really impressed as using it in a 30 m squared room with a screen fitted to the patio doors. Would recommend.

Have 3 of these air conditioners and they are really good. Cools rooms effectively and can sleep through them running at night.
