Ispansi (Spaniards!) Aims to be first and foremost a meeting between the two Spains, represented in this case by two enemies of the civil war: a right-wing woman and a republican political commissar, both with a shared ideal: saving a convoy of Spanish children in the Soviet Union, from Stalingrad to the Volga, during World War II. Inspired by several real facts, it narrates the hatreds and passions of two ideologically opposed worlds but close in the compassion and the human.
