Review: Awesome set if you follow their directions - I'm amazed at the reviews that say everything sticks, I'd be willing to bet they used high heat which it specifically says not to do. They also recommend using oil for your first time cooking in them, after that it's not needed. Did they use oil? Medium to low heat only, but that's all you need. I've used the larger frypan twice and both the small frypan and square frypan once. All were extremely nonstick, my food just slides out of them. The only place it attempted to stick at all was to the metal bolts (not coated in ceramic) that hold the handle on, but even that came off easily with a scrubbie. These pans heat and cook quickly and evenly, there's no need for high heat. And I love the color! A beautiful blue in the drab sea of greys and stainless, it's actually refreshing to see. They are lightweight good looking pans. That said, there are a few downsides to this set. They are on the smaller side. The biggest frypan couldn't hold enough to make a meal for more than 2 people, and there's nothing bigger in the set. I'm going to have to add a pan to this set. The other issue is one that most oven safe cookware with lids will have. Since the handle on the lid is metal, it does get quite hot when cooking on medium heat. You're going to need a hot pad or Ove Glove to remove it. But those are my only complaints so far. I think it's a wonderful set for the price. I have no intention of putting the pans in the dishwasher, lids maybe. These pans are so easy to hand wash. I also won't be using metal utensils aside from maybe the occasional soup spoon. I would bet I'll more than get my money's worth out of these. Money well spent.
Review: Gotham Steel Ceramic Pots and Pans - Received this set June 26, 2026. Extremely well packed and in perfect condition. Gave all a good hand washing and they were ready for use. I had purchased two of this same Gotham Steel ceramic pans, June 12th, and found them to be Amazing! We used them as much as possible for a couple of weeks and NOTHING would stick to this ceramic surface! I even 'fried' chicken until it looked like I had had it on the BBQ, to long, and NOTHING! It lifted out of the pan, and after allowing the pan to cool, the crispy, crusty wiped out of the pan with a paper towel. This situation I tried with other food items, same thing! A little soap and water and drying was all needed prior to the next use! You truly DO NOT NEED OIL OR ANYTHING ELSE! EGGS SIMPLY LIFT RIGHT OUT OF THE PAN! It seems like these pots and pans should last for many great years of service. As stated in the instructions: ALWAYS USE ON MEDIUM TO LOWER HEAT, FOR BEST RESULTS! It states you can use metal utensils and it surly seem you could, but we love these pans, so we prefer to offer them the extra edge of 'gentle use' anyway. Try then! You'll love then. No more soaking pans for hours and still having to 'scrub the heck' out of them!

## Features

- NONSTICK CERAMIC COOKWARE SET THAT RELEASES FOOD CLEANLY — This Gotham Steel 15 piece ceramic cookware set gives you nonstick pots and pans for everyday cooking, from eggs and pancakes to sauces, stir-fry, and simmered soups. The triple-coated ceramic surface, reinforced with diamond-infused particles (per the manufacturer), lets food slide right off, so you cook with little to no oil and wipe clean in seconds — one complete pot and pan set that replaces scratched, mismatched cookware.
- TI-CERAMA CERAMIC + TITANIUM COATING, PFOA & PFOS FREE — Each piece is built on lightweight aluminum for fast, even heating, then layered three times with Gotham Steel's Ti-Cerama ceramic-and-titanium nonstick surface and reinforced with diamond-infused particles for scratch resistance (per the manufacturer). The cooking surface is made without PFOA, PFOS, lead, or cadmium, so you get slick food release without those chemicals in your kitchen.
- 15 PIECES WITH STEAMER, GLASS LIDS & UTENSILS INCLUDED — Everything a kitchen needs pairs together in one coordinated set: frying pans, saucepans and stock pots, vented tempered-glass lids, a stainless steel steamer insert for vegetables, dumplings and seafood, plus a full cooking utensil set. No need to buy pans, lids, or tools separately — confirm the exact breakdown on the detail page: [8.5" & 10.25" fry pans, 1.5qt/2.5qt/5qt pots w/ lids, steamer, 5-pc utensils].
- STAY-COOL STAINLESS STEEL Y-HANDLES — The ergonomic Y-shaped stainless steel handles are designed to let heat escape and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop, so you can lift and pour comfortably with either hand. Securely riveted for a sturdy grip under the weight of a full stock pot, they give you safer, more confident handling from stovetop to table. Use an oven mitt when transferring from the oven.
- COOK HEALTHIER WITH LESS OIL — Because the ceramic nonstick surface releases food so easily, you can brown, sear, and fry using a fraction of the oil or butter that bare stainless or cast iron needs — an easy win if you're cooking for a health-conscious family or watching added fats. Food lifts off without sticking or burning on, which also means less scrubbing and less waste.
- IDEAL FOR EVERYDAY FAMILY MEALS, NEW KITCHENS & GIFTING — Whether you're outfitting a first apartment, upgrading a tired cookware collection, or shopping for a wedding, housewarming, or holiday gift, a complete 15 piece set covers weeknight dinners, batch cooking on weekends, and holiday meals for guests. One purchase equips the whole kitchen for new cooks and experienced home chefs alike.
- REPLACES SCRATCHED TEFLON PANS & MISMATCHED POTS — If your old nonstick is flaking or your cabinet is a jumble of odd pans, this set is a clean, coordinated upgrade. Compared with buying a frying pan, saucepan, stock pot, steamer, and utensils piece by piece, a matched 15 piece ceramic set typically costs less and stores better — and the ceramic coating is an alternative for shoppers moving away from traditional PTFE nonstick.
- MODERN LOOK THAT FITS ANY KITCHEN — Sleek, contemporary pots and pans with a polished finish and coordinating glass lids bring a cohesive, upscale look to open shelving or the stovetop. It's cookware that performs for daily use yet looks good enough to serve straight to the table, suiting modern, minimalist, and classic kitchen styles.
- DESIGNED BY EMSON — A U.S. COMPANY SINCE 1946 — Gotham Steel is a brand of Emson (E. Mishan & Sons), an American housewares company established in 1946 with millions of cookware sets sold. The nonstick coating is tested by independent third-party laboratories for substances including PFOA, PFOS, lead, and cadmium , and the set is backed by a [10-year] limited manufacturer guarantee — so you can buy with confidence.
