Item is absolutely fine, does the job. Value for money So can't complain there.However, the claim of fast delivery time was the reason I chose to purchase from this seller as I needed a replacement asap as I had no working shower while I waited. Delivery was promised in two working days, I ordered on a Thursday evening and was advised Monday it would be there, I even had notifications letting me know it would be between 8am-8pm, so I stayed in all day...it didn't show.Next day I contacted the seller, who was unapologetic despite telling me since covid he knew there have been delays and he himself had been advised by royal mail that he should allow up to 7 days for delivery. That's absolutely fine and I understand there have been delays... But the seller is clearly aware of continued delays and covid has been going on for 6months now, so you should be changing the delivery details on the listings of the product.He gave me the royal mail tracking number and in not so many words told me it was out of his hands and I'd have to chase it myself.Yes the item is absolutely fine, so quality I can say worth the money.But if you are in need of fast, reliable delivery then this wouldn't be the one to go for.
