Adequate but not great.
Unsure if it’s faulty or just not great quality. Wax took quite a while to melt, and was only able to do small patches at a time as it solidifies on the skin really quickly. Had to keep temperature on max the whole time otherwise to hard to spread. Took me nearly two packs to do both legs as had to do patches several times (experienced with both hard and soft waxes) quite disappointed due to so many positive reviews hence why I don’t know if mine has a fault or just not great, but not worth the hassle trying to return it. Positives is it is completely pain free on my legs and very little on my face. Will definitely go for a different brand of wax beans in future.

Good product
The product is good, does what it says, only thing is that doesnt heat up fast, you need to wait for 10mins for wax to become liquid. Also Its hard to clean it afterwards... it will always be sticky. When you do wax yourself you need lot of wax to cover all area of your legs or arms or armpit.. one bag of wax beads is just enough for one use.

Doesn't melt wax properly
Doesn't melt wax very well, temperature dial is useless just clicks off constantly have to have it up full for about an hour to get wax usable.

Faulty?

I've been looking to buy a good kit for ages and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with this one. easy to use it comes with sooo many bags of wax and many wooden sticks to apply the wax. It heats up every quickly, you can control the temperature and the wax beans smell really good. The warmer is very easy to clean as you can remove the basin. I love it, this kit will save me so much money!This is actually a false review. I have never purchased a wax heater. Someone has used my email address to post review of this product. If they knew me, they would know about my willingness to talk about my ladygarden and how wonderfully bushy it is. In fact, my pubes are so wonderfully long and glossy I often turn them into dreadlocks and decorate them with beads. I find the weight of the beads helps to keep my socks up which makes it much easier to tuck my boobs into the top of them.Also...I would never buy anything that colour as I think it's common.

This wax kit is really good. Was the first time when I tried this type of wax heater. I used to use the wax roll and I can tell the difference is way less painful. Is not very hard to use and the good thing is that you don't need strips. Pleased.
