I received my lock and am very pleased with the end result. It looks great, setup was fairly easy and the lock is super convenient due to the auto lock function. I did have a minor hiccup during setup but the customer service from Pin Genie was absolutely 5 star. Another feature I love how the lock combo is so discrete. Very well made product.

I was in the market for a keyless door lock and decided to go with Pin Genie. The lock is great and the installation was not bad, but would not install it unless you are handy. I ran into an issue as the new bolt did not align to the position of the old bolt. So I will need a wood router to align it correctly. That is if you like it done right, otherwise you can use the wood chisel and be done with it. We like that it lights up when trying to open the door a night.The outer portion of the lock looks great and it feels great. See the pictures. It really gave our front door a great look. Btw, you can still use the key if you don't like to use technology. I did not get the lock that connects to the phone, I will never use something like that and the price is higher. I wish they sold the handle to match the lock. See my picture as I had to find a door handle to math the lock. Battery life is to be determined for now.Lock has been working for 1 week so far with no issues.What I don't like: (This is why I gave 4 stars)The back of the lock is made of plastic and it looks cheapToo many numbers to open the lock (must input at least 6 numbers) annoying!* Measure before you open the box as I believe you cannot return it once it is open (this one is on me)

So far, so good! Installation was quite easy (My door is standardized size). The PIN pad looks sharp and has worked well, including allowing our housekeeper in without them having to have a key. I have used the key a few times as well and that work well too.

Very nice looking, works great, easy installation, better watch the video first, the steps the video shows are super clear and can help you to avoid simple mistake(e.g. reverse lock and unlock). Whole family loves it. The only concern is the battery box is thin plastic, not sure whether it will last longer enough, the springs are not too solid, but maybe don't need to worry too much.

Love it! Owned for a few months already in a rainy state. Wasn't that hard to install. Just had to buy a tool to drill through the door. It has already come in handy when i accidentally left without my keys.

We got this so that our children don't need to carry keys. They love it, and it works well. Fairly straight forward to install with the provided templates. Mounting the catch (the piece that sits in the door frame) is the trickiest thing.
