**Q: Can they hold the weight of a coat?**
A: A doubt it can hold a heavy winter coat. A light or medium weight coat or jacket isn't a problem.

**Q: How long is the hook compared to a regular hanger? I need a shorter hook so it fits in a garment bag**
A: just a little bit shorter, but the ends move up, so you can angle them a bit to fit!  They worked in my garment bag, no problem... but you don't want them too narrow or they won't hold clothes either.

**Q: I need these to go in a gym bag where they may get tossed around. Are they easily crushed or broken?**
A: I think these would be ideal. They fold up quite compactly so they they can take being tossed around in a gym bag easily. I got mine for traveling and pack them in my suitcase. They have worked out perfectly.

**Q: How many hangers?  6 or 12?**
A: Mine had 12. This hangers are one of the best travel related items that I’ve done! They’re small but sturdy (I’m not a big person so my clothing usually aren’t heavy).

Great for travel, even when at home and you need extra hangers to air dry your clothes. Used them at a rental where a dryer wasn’t available and had to dry our clothes outside. These are just great to have and they do not take a lot of space/weight in your luggage. Highly recommend.
