I absolutely love this MacBook Pro! Everything about it has worked out great. It’s incredibly fast, the display is beautiful, and it handles everything I need without hesitation. I can have multiple things going at once and it just keeps going without slowing down. The build quality is also exactly what I expect from Apple. This was definitely an investment, but after using it, I’m extremely happy with my decision and would absolutely purchase it again.

Came on time like it stated. Packaged was soggy I guess during transportation it came in contact with something wet or rain. Doesn’t seem to have gotten to the device. Arrived with scratches on the bottom base. Besides that it’s nice. Battery health good 100%. And please with the price. Seems to be performing great.

Amazing product I received!!!! the keyboard is has some use on it with some shiny keys but that is ok for a Macbook that is use. The macbook works in perfect condition and everything esle is like new.

Poor quality refurbishing, after 2 weeks the laptop would NOT turn on. This is my last refurbished item from Amazon. Refund is taking almost a month. Would not recommend following this path……buy laptops somewhere else

I bought this for my wife after we realized just how FRAGILE her a MacBook Air really is! Once it failed, and we spent too much money trying, uselessly, to get it fixed, I put out more money to buy the MacBook Pro. Just the weight of it tells it's a much better built laptop. It was easy to setup and works perfectly! We waited MONTHS getting the Air fixed, when it failed within a week or two. So she is thrilled with this MacBook Pro! And it has more RAM and more storage than the AIR!

Fast Shipping and Exact Specs, but Mislabeled Condition I recently purchased this M3 MacBook Pro from this seller. First, I want to thank the seller for the exceptionally fast overnight shipping I had the product in my hands just two days after ordering. Secondly, I received the exact hardware configuration that I ordered. With the positives out of the way, it’s time to address the condition. The product was sold as refurbished "Excellent," which per Amazon's guidelines means it should have no visible scuffs or scratches when viewed from 12 inches away. Unfortunately, as shown in the photos, the device clearly shows visible wear and tear from that distance. The appearance is worn. Not to completely discredit the seller but the products anodized aluminum chassis doesn’t exactly hide scuff marks very well. Despite that It is a well used device that falls into "Good" rather than "Excellent" condition. Display and Performance I also noticed a smudge/wear mark on the lower glass display area likely from the keyboard rubbing against the screen. While a microfiber cloth helped clean up the surface, the antireflective coating in that spot is visibly worn down. While it isn't very noticeable when the screen is powered on, the display glass should not have coating wear straight out of the box for an "Excellent" tier. On the performance side, the Apple Silicon chip runs as expected and is fast. The battery is the one area where the device truly felt "excellent", it arrived at 96% health with 200 cycles, which is quite good for a used machine. Packaging and Value Buying refurbished is always a bit of a gamble, and mass market sellers are often lax on their grading scales. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired: the laptop arrived in a damaged FedEx box wrapped in bubble wrap, accompanied by a cheap, off-brand charger. Better protection during transit would have gone a long way. At $1,500 after tax, I have reservations about this purchase. If it had been accurately marketed and priced closer to $1,300, I would be entirely happy with it and easily recommend the seller to friends and family. As it stands, the device is okay, but it is definitely not "Excellent."
